Hilton Grand Vacations (“HGV”) today announced plans to open Sunrise Lodge, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club within the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah as ski season begins this November. Ideally located at the base of the Sunrise lift, which leads to 4,000 acres of world-class ski and snowboard terrain at Canyons Resort, Sunrise Lodge will offer a premier vacation experience for HGV timeshare owners and guests. Earlier this month, HGV was selected by developer Resort Finance America to manage the property and to provide timeshare sales and marketing services.

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) announced today the start of construction of its newest resort, Hokulani Waikiki by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, an upscale urban timeshare resort in world-famous Waikiki. Coinciding with the start of the extensive renovation project was the official launch of sales for the resort, which is the company’s seventh timeshare resort in Hawaii. The property is located at the site of the former OHANA® Islander Waikiki Hotel and was acquired from Outrigger Enterprises Group by HGV in May 2011. The resort is anticipated to open in late 2013.

The Trump Organization has announced today that it will be bringing Luxury Vacation Ownership to Trump International Hotel Las Vegas through Hilton Grand Vacations, the timeshare division of Hilton Worldwide. Trump International Hotel Las Vegas has sold approximately 300 condominium units to Hilton, and Hilton Grand Vacations will use those units as luxury timeshare accommodations beginning next spring.

The transition fortifies the company’s commitment to increase year-round leisure travel to the renowned destination in the Scottish Highlands. As part of this development, traditional hotel operations at the resort will be phased out as the property evolves to exclusively offer timeshare accommodations.
